About Advanced Cleaning & Restoration
Steven & Lisa Vaillancourt founded Advanced Cleaning & Restoration in 1992 to provide an independent presence in the Central Massachusetts disaster restoration industry. The business began out of their home in Douglas, MA.
Advanced Cleaning & Restoration grew quickly and an expansion in workforce and storage requirements took them to their current 5000 sq-ft office and warehouse facility in 2005.
One of the factors that fuels the continuing growth of AC&R is Steve & Lisa’s focus on their commitment to providing their customers with exceptional service from project start to completion.
Strong Working Relationships
Advanced Cleaning & Restoration has developed numerous working relationships with insurance adjusters and insurance agencies. Advanced Cleaning & Restoration regularly work alongside adjusters and property owners to develop a complete scope of work on projects, and can assist in determining the extent of damage to both the structure and its contents.
Over the years, Advanced Cleaning & Restoration has developed partnerships with a host of subcontractors that operate within the industry, including garment cleaners, asbestos abatement contractors, duct cleaners etc.
